Overview:

The Human Resources Assistant is integral to the HR team, providing essential administrative support and services. This role involves managing records, assisting team members, and streamlining HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and recruitment processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of HR records and files.

  • Engage in the recruitment process.
  • Issue employee identification cards.
  • Assist with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) information.

  • Manage incoming mail and organize special events.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods and lift items up to 15 pounds.
