Position Overview: As a Healthcare Support Specialist at PACS Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing compassionate care, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize identification methods to ensure proper care for residents before administering treatments or serving meals.
  • Document all relevant information accurately and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents' health information and report any breaches immediately.
  • Prepare residents' rooms for new arrivals, ensuring all necessary items are in place.
  • Assist residents with personal belongings and ensure their comfort during transitions.
  • Foster a warm and positive atmosphere, promoting personal connections with residents.
  • Engage in regular communication with nursing personnel to enhance service quality.
  • Respond to residents' needs and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
  • Monitor and report any signs of discomfort or health issues to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Strong observational skills to identify changes in residents' conditions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation.
  • Physical capability to assist residents with mobility and personal care tasks.
