ManTech is on the lookout for a dedicated, career-focused Senior IT Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our team. In this capacity, you will serve as an expert consultant in advanced, cutting-edge information technologies and practices, offering specialized and technical insights regarding automated solutions to intricate information processing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and research.
  • Compile reports and deliver presentations.
  • Oversee project tasks as outlined by governmental directives.
  • Lead medium to large-scale complex projects and significant phases of extensive projects.
  • Offer specialized technical guidance and innovative solutions to challenging IT issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess one of the following educational and experience combinations: High School Diploma/GED with 20 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to provide specialized technical support and guidance for Infrastructure as a Service environments.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and offering guidance across diverse technology stacks.
  • Capability to develop automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with LINUX, OpenStack, programming languages (e.g., Ansible, Python, GO), platforms (e.g., Docker, VMWare), and applications (e.g., Git, AWS, RHEL 8X+, Cloud, Database).

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Engage in sedentary work, including speaking, standing, talking, walking, and working with computers and data. Must possess the ability to handle stress, work under pressure, and utilize MS Office and a PC. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, leadership, listening, multitasking, negotiation, oral and written communication skills, presentation abilities, project management skills, computer operation skills, and team-building capabilities are essential.
