Job Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious individual to join our sales team at the Ray Rosales Agency in Richmond, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting new business production goals and objectives as established.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.

Requirements:

  • A property & casualty license is preferred.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.

Benefits:

  • A base salary of $60,000 per year plus commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.
