Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including accessing resources and building social connections.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients, implementing interventions as needed.
  • Monitor and document client progress, contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience working with emotionally disturbed children or mentally ill adults preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $16.12 per hour, with shift differential pay available for eligible positions.
