Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Human Resources Specialist to join our team at AcctPositions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll weekly, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
  • Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
  • Calculate payroll, including benefits and deductions
  • Ensure accurate payroll taxes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle benefits and deductions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Address and resolve payroll inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage manager portals for payroll and HR/benefits
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
  • Support month-end reporting and compensation reporting
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing for 150+ employees
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish) or proficiency in another language
  • Paylocity experience required
  • Ability to work in the office daily
