    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Listing Management
    • Manage and schedule listing pictures and videos for our properties
    • Coordinate staging and virtual staging for our listings
    • Update and input listing information into the MLS
    • Market listings through various channels, including email and print collateral
  • Client Services
    • Send regular client touches, including birthday cards and home-buying anniversary cards
    • Send referral thank you cards and gifts to our network of clients and referral partners
    • Create and send monthly newsletters to our clients and network
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Order and assemble marketing and print collateral
    • Order and manage listing signs and lockboxes
    • Prepare closing gifts for our clients
    • Update and assemble buyer and listing presentations
    • Maintain our website and Compass agent pages
    • Coordinate lifestyle pictures, headshots, and videos
    • Create and order swag for the team
    • Plan and execute client appreciation events and networking events

    Requirements
    • Marketing and Social Media Experience
      • Proven experience in marketing and social media, with a focus on real estate or a related industry
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
      • Ability to create engaging and high-quality content
    • Listing and Marketing Skills
      • Experience with listing management software and MLS systems
      • Ability to market listings through various channels
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

      • Excellent communication and customer service skills
      • Ability to work with clients and partners in a professional and courteous manner
