Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our creative team at OneTen Creative. As the key strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the agency's growth and development, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the agency's long-term strategy, aligning with DISH Network's overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify and address opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring the agency remains competitive and relevant in the market.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business results and growth.
  • Evaluate and track the success of the agency, making data-driven decisions to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee the financial health of the agency, ensuring effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in agency management, marketing, operations, and/or business development.
  • 5+ years in an executive leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
