Job Overview:
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for HR initiatives, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Coordination of employee onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
