Job Title: Media Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Analyst to join our team at Cypress HCM. As a Media Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external clients to adopt better measurement practices and improve business outcomes. You will leverage insights, measurement, and learning plans to help advertisers maximize ad performance on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex client relationships to drive measurement objectives
  • Build and operationalize learning agendas to highlight business value and improve outcomes
  • Implement and monitor measurement strategies against performance indicators
  • Develop and nurture relationships with sales partners and share knowledge globally
  • Communicate complex research results to a general audience
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, R&D, and Measurement Partners to identify opportunities for new features and partnerships

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of analytics and measurement experience in a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience, including independently scoping and executing measurement projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative or business field
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
  • Strong track record with marketing measurement methods and technologies

Compensation:

$84.59/hour (W2/Non-Exempt)
