Purchasing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our purchasing administrative staff. If you're looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, this could be your place.

Keer America Corp is seeking a purchasing assistant with excellent office and administrative skills. This person will be part of our administrative office team, focusing on supporting our purchasing and office team. Strong attention to detail and a high level of motivation are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with purchasing agents to coordinate orders and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounting staff to confirm and process invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Update warehouse staff on delivery status and work at the front desk to greet visitors and sign for deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong listening and professionalism skills.
  • Customer focus and organization abilities.
