Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct nursing care for patients and supervise nursing assistants
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing centers
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Supervise and train nursing assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or completion of an approved LPN program
  • Current LPN license in the State of Georgia
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS/CPR certification
  • Preferred experience in nursing administration
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 40 pounds. The associate must be able to tolerate prolonged standing and walking and to work effectively in a team environment.
