Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting in resident care plans, and ensuring the cleanliness and security of medicine supply rooms. You will also be responsible for administering medications as prescribed and adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Assist in resident care plans, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
* Ensure the cleanliness and security of medicine supply rooms, including restocking and inventory management
* Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to company policies
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
* Valid Nursing license in the state of Ohio
* Experience in providing care to elderly or disabled individuals
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role
* Willingness to undergo background checks and pre-employment physical
