Key Responsibilities:- Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of clients.
- Enhance performance campaigns to align with clients' key performance indicators.
- Ensure high retention rates among existing clients.
- Identify and leverage all facets of the client's marketing budget.
- Develop and oversee reporting mechanisms to facilitate revenue and performance oversight.
- Continuously assess the opportunity landscape between demand and supply partners.
- Design and deliver tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each client.
- Collect and relay customer insights internally to refine Red Spark's advertising offerings and client experiences.
- Minimum of 5 years in account management and sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly within the affiliate sector.
- A minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising is preferred.
- Proven history of generating new business sales or expanding an existing client base while surpassing objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance-driven digital advertising products, including CPC, advertising auctions, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
- Self-motivated individual with a knack for developing effective strategies that yield results.
- Enthusiastic about taking a proactive and innovative approach to maximize opportunities with current accounts and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling techniques.
- Excellent presentation and listening abilities, with a talent for analyzing data to extract key insights and craft compelling sales narratives.
