Position Overview

At Red Spark, we are at the forefront of performance marketing with our RTX Platform. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who possesses a proven track record in driving sales, securing contracts, and achieving targets for some of the most prestigious brands globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of clients.
  • Enhance performance campaigns to align with clients' key performance indicators.
  • Ensure high retention rates among existing clients.
  • Identify and leverage all facets of the client's marketing budget.
  • Develop and oversee reporting mechanisms to facilitate revenue and performance oversight.
  • Continuously assess the opportunity landscape between demand and supply partners.
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Collect and relay customer insights internally to refine Red Spark's advertising offerings and client experiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 5 years in account management and sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly within the affiliate sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising is preferred.
  • Proven history of generating new business sales or expanding an existing client base while surpassing objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance-driven digital advertising products, including CPC, advertising auctions, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
  • Self-motivated individual with a knack for developing effective strategies that yield results.
  • Enthusiastic about taking a proactive and innovative approach to maximize opportunities with current accounts and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling techniques.
  • Excellent presentation and listening abilities, with a talent for analyzing data to extract key insights and craft compelling sales narratives.
