Job Title: Renewable Developer

Vitis Energy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Developer to join our team. As a key member of our energy development team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day advancement of energy projects, including solar, battery storage, and emerging technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of land control agreements, easements, and other project requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the development of renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure permits, manage environmental studies, and interact with local authorities.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure all necessary permits are acquired and maintained, and that project sites meet required standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in solar and/or battery storage project development, with a strong knowledge of PJM, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and/or other power markets.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly in data compilation and analysis.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and business etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in building partnerships, working in teams, driving solutions, and managing projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, environmental studies, real estate, engineering, law, natural resources, or related fields preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to frequently lift or move items up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
