Student Conduct Program Coordinator

The Program Manager serves as a crucial liaison among students, faculty, staff, and the broader community, facilitating the effective administration of the conduct process within the Student Conduct and Community Standards (SCCS) office.
Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver operational, administrative, and clerical assistance to SCCS personnel.
- Function as a Maxient administrator for student information systems, overseeing account management and database upkeep.
- Support the organization of seminars, workshops, and programs facilitated by SCCS.
- Handle office inquiries and scheduling, efficiently managing information requests.
- Ensure the maintenance of sensitive information in accordance with FERPA regulations.
- Oversee and assess the performance of student employees.
- Conduct background checks and prepare various communications and reports.
- Gather feedback for evaluation purposes and collaborate with campus partners on diverse initiatives.
- Analyze SCCS Clery data and assist the University's Clery Coordinator.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Experience in a higher education environment.
Engagement with students from a variety of backgrounds.
Familiarity with case management system software.
Capability to produce accessible communications and reports.
Proficient in data analysis using Excel or similar applications.
