Position Summary:

The Clinical Applications Consultant will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with customer demonstrations and consultations during product assessments. Ideal candidates will embody authenticity and integrity, essential for cultivating meaningful and enduring relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert consultancy and support to enhance individual workflows, including providing clinical education, adjusting system parameters, and implementing innovative methods and clinical processes to broaden the customer portfolio.
  • Offer professional applications support to efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries; provide remote assistance when not on-site.
  • Conduct on-site application training, including demonstrations, updates, and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, and coaching of new recruits on new products.
  • Contribute to the development of application training courses to be delivered at customer locations or at the United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center.
  • Support the R&D/CRM process by addressing customer needs and issues, while providing troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a radiology technologist or radiographer in a clinical environment, with at least 3 years as an application specialist in a specific modality.
  • Experience in research or case studies in related fields is advantageous.

Required Skills:

  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time.
