Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Central Processor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process them through our Kaizen system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Record and sort donations according to the Kaizen system guidelines
  • Meet or exceed set production goals and focus on process improvement and increase productivity
  • Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train to cover other specified job descriptions as needed
  • Perform other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisors
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean, kneel, or bend to perform all processing requirements
  • Frequent and continued lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
