Central Processor

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Central Processor to join our team. As a Central Processor, you will play a critical role in receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process them through our Kaizen system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record donations in a timely and accurate manner
• Sort donations according to the Kaizen system guidelines
• Meet or exceed production goals, with a focus on process improvement and increased productivity
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train to cover other job descriptions as needed
• Perform other duties as instructed by immediate supervisors

Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Sufficient mobility to perform all processing requirements in the backroom or sales floor
• Able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally work in fluctuating temperatures
