Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Distributor Sales Coordinator to join our team in Summerville, PA. This role is pivotal in facilitating communication between various departments, including sales, warehouse, and plant management, as well as with our distributors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Distributor Sales Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Providing essential product availability, pricing, and technical information.
  • Processing orders, modifications, sample requests, and shipment releases.
  • Preparing forecasts and conducting analyses as needed.
  • Generating bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments and managing shipping-related reports.
  • Participating in inventory management and stock assessments.
  • Addressing product complaints and offering effective solutions.
  • Creating purchase orders and maintaining minimum stock levels.
  • Supporting customer service and dispatch team members as required.

Required Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • A collaborative team spirit and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Knowledge of business principles, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications:
A two-year college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a manufacturing context is also required.
