We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Main Line Auto Sales and Rentals LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in determining the best financing options for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and suppliers to secure competitive financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately to ensure approval through financial, federal, state, and corporate channels.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the Finance department.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of our dealership's financing and extended service programs.
- Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and meeting customer satisfaction requirements.
- 2+ years of dealership experience, preferably in finance or sales.
- Experience with finance and leasing programs, as well as extended service programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
