Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work in progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for technicians on new systems and products.
  • Provide technical support to lead technicians and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Document and communicate field issues and solutions through video recordings and reports.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve product-related issues and improve overall quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC installation with a proven track record of quality work.
  • EPA Certification and knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
  • Commonwealth of Massachusetts Sheet Metal License.
  • Plumbing License a plus.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey confident messages.
