HVAC Installation Specialist

Rodenhiser Home Services Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assisting lead installers in the accurate installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers in all HVAC system installations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Properly stage jobs, adhering to quality checklists.
- Support lead installers in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including time portal entries.
- Establish good customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Work with project managers and install coordinators to ensure completion of jobs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work independently with guidance from lead technicians.
- Enrolled in school for their license.
- Displays an understanding of all Rodenhiser policies regarding paperwork, truck stock lists, truck cleanliness, and tool maintenance.
- Ability and willingness to learn from lead technicians.
- Pursues constant training for their field.
- Knows how to establish customer rapport through the entire process.
