Taco Bell Assistant General Manager Job Description

As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
  • Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability
  • Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Cash handling and inventory counting experience
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
