About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the maintenance operations of our luxury apartments. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Anticipate, identify, and correct any maintenance problems involving the property.
  • Implement procedures to prevent costly emergency repairs.
  • Oversee the timely completion of maintenance-related service requests and repairs.
  • Manage a department budget, keeping expenses within guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to interact professionally with prospects, residents, staff, and management.
  • Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems.
  • HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk on roofs, stoop, kneel, and bend.
