Job Title: Production Control Specialist

Advics Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. is a leading OEM automotive supplier seeking a skilled Production Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Production Control department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze internal and supplier capacities to optimize production schedules
  • Interpret Material Resource Planning reports to inform production decisions
  • Develop and implement delivery schedules based on Material Resource Planning
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track inventory levels and vendor performance
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities to drive process excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive manufacturing and a multi-cultural global environment preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel and experience working with computerized operations, including MRP systems, BPCS, and Future 3
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
