Job Summary:

At Loma Linda University, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiologic Technologist 2 to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional patient-centered care, administering radiographic and fluoroscopic ionizing radiation while following prescribed protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
• Administer radiographic and fluoroscopic ionizing radiation to patients following prescribed protocols.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies prior to exams.
• Instruct and train clinical students as required.
• Perform quality assurance and fluoroscopy checks, routine x-rays exams, and advanced fluoroscopy exams.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:
• Earned an associate's degree or higher in radiography from an ARRT-approved educational program.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• California Fluoroscopy Permit required.
