We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Clarendale at Bellevue Place. As a key member of our Community Culinary Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Exemplify high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization at all times.
- Prepare and serve menu cycle programs that meet or exceed quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
- Produce and serve menu items that are compliant with required Nutritional/Dietary criteria as required by local regulations.
- Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Conduct regular evaluations of food service to ensure quality, quantity, temperature, and appearance meet our high standards.
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, creating a positive marketing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or senior living setting.
