Responsibilities:
- Manage tax engagements for a diverse range of clients, working directly with clients and managing tax engagement teams.
- Provide planning, research, consulting, and compliance services to clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior associates by providing performance feedback and guidance to help them develop their technical and industry skills.
- Participate in in-house CPE classes and assist in researching technical issues, writing technical memorandums, preparing analyses, and participating in IRS audits on behalf of clients.
- Manage clients, including writing proposals, engagement letters, budgeting, staffing, and billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting
- Advanced technical skills in tax compliance and planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000-$180,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education, and/or skill level.
