Exempt Position Description:
Assigned to a field operations team to assist in acquiring, assessing, and coordinating information necessary for project execution in accordance with contractual agreements. Ensure that all work adheres to safety protocols, meets scheduling requirements, and is executed to the highest quality standards.

Reports to:

Project Superintendent or Superintendents Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct line and grade assessments for building layout and control as required.

Support the implementation of site safety initiatives as necessary. Ensure subcontractor adherence to Turner safety protocols and relevant safety regulations. Aid in the upkeep of contract documents and electronic web-based resources for field operations. Assist in the creation of Daily Construction Reports (DCR's). Evaluate work as it is being executed to ensure accuracy within accepted tolerances. Review contract drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to guarantee proper coordination and installation. Assist in the preparation of project as-builts. Safeguard and promote the interests of Turner in related matters. Engage in other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Two years of college education from an accredited degree program in Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Experience in building construction, engineering, or equivalent preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficient in computer applications, data entry, and the Microsoft suite of applications. Basic understanding of scheduling programs is desirable.
