About the Role

LMI is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope out projects by gathering requirements from client stakeholders and developing detailed project plans.
  • Create Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing declarative functionality and working with developers as needed.
  • Perform demos of the Salesforce build to gather feedback and iterate on requirements.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution meets client expectations.
  • Document the Salesforce build and provide training to users and super users.
  • Work closely with the client to iterate on requirements and product feedback.
  • Support briefings and updates for non-technical audiences and senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • At least 7 years of professional services or technical consulting experience, with a focus on Salesforce configuration and consulting.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Portal/Communities.
  • Experience with complex data migrations, large deployments, and release management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop detailed roadmaps for future enhancements.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as the client's escalation point.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification(s)
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps technologies and tools, including GitHub
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and consulting skills
  • Experience working with DOD or military IT systems
  • Experience working with human resource systems
  • Active Secret Clearance
