Job Summary:

As a Strategic Transformation Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise architecture to drive strategic transformations. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enable informed decision-making and support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Designs and implements enterprise architecture to enable strategic transformations
Develops and implements solutions to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives
Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enable informed decision-making
Applies specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge to develop and implement solutions
Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with DoDAF 2.02 views development using MagicDraw, including AVs, CVs, OVs, SVs, StdVs, DIVs
3+ years of experience with SysML, Business process (BPMN) Data modeling
Experience coordinating and facilitating meetings with stakeholders
Experience with fostering working relationships with functionals, business owners, and system owners
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with Army support
Experience with System Engineering, JCIDS process, or Information Support Plan development
Willing to travel up to 10%

Clearance:

Salary:

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

Work Model:

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
