Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketer to join our team at Quick Care Med. As a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting our discount plans and services to healthcare providers and local businesses, building strong relationships, and driving membership growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field marketing activities, visiting businesses, healthcare providers, and events to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Manage and nurture leads through a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with in-office teams to oversee provider enrollments, pricing, customer service, and related data management.
  • Plan and execute daily routes to maximize efficiency and ensure the best use of time in the field.
  • Execute field marketing campaigns to increase membership, leveraging networking and community outreach.
  • Build relationships with key community groups and leaders to identify new membership opportunities.
  • Report regularly on progress, including goals achieved and plans.
  • Participate in marketing duties at community and industry events as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage fieldwork with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outside marketing and sales.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including planning efficient daily routes for maximum productivity.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and pull objects (signs, tables, chairs, promo items for events) and stand for extended periods.
  • Must have a valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
