Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at Truist Inc. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new and renewal business within established timelines and quality standards, including updating and maintaining information in our client management system.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to the applicable internal contact, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with timely and accurate information, including plan details, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
  • Set up policy notebooks for delivery to clients, assemble proposals and other presentations for client and prospect meetings.
  • Address and resolve client questions and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of new and renewal proposals, stewardship reports, service plans, comparisons, and presentations.
  • Support the service and production team in achieving overall agency revenue and retention goals.
  • Maintain daily client processing functions, including endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.
  • Assist with all aspects of marketing, as needed.
  • Take reports and monitor claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document member and client communications in our client management services tool, according to department standards.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, direct bill, accounting discrepancies, and other communications based on the needs of the internal team and clients.
  • Assist clients with claims resolution, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Participate in company-sponsored seminars, training workshops, and webinars to enhance industry knowledge and education.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; five years of industry-specific experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of industry-specific experience.
  • LOB designations.
  • College or advanced degree.
