Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will assist clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and fax, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve promoting our services and products to enhance member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all clients and prospective members. Ensure prompt responses to inquiries and correspondence.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services to our members.
  • Maintain accurate member account details within our systems.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Performance Metrics:
  1. Provide timely and professional service to all clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly.
  2. Process transactions accurately with minimal errors.
  3. Maintain a professional demeanor and environment within the department.
  4. Offer financial information to members through various communication methods, identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.
  5. Adhere to scheduled attendance and availability.
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of one month to twelve months in a similar role or related field.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Interpersonal Skills: This role requires significant interaction with individuals both within and outside the organization, necessitating a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and effective communication skills.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while exercising initiative and sound judgment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. A proactive approach to member engagement is expected.

Physical Requirements: The role involves regular movement within the work area, effective communication with others, and the ability to recognize small text.
