Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Supervisor to join our team at Holtec International. The successful candidate will provide first-line supervision of full-time and temporary I&C Maintenance personnel in a safe and productive manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective work management processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the development of the I&C Maintenance budget and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including representing the I&C Maintenance department at meetings.
  • Ensure all I&C Maintenance activities are performed within regulatory and procedural guidelines.
  • Interface with regulatory and industry representatives on behalf of the station's I&C activities.
  • Participate in the shared resources program and serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the I&C Maintenance department.
  • 5 years of experience in the related field (B.S. in Engineering or related technical degree may be credited for 3 years of experience).
  • Proficiency with current computer business applications.
  • 2 years of technical training.
  • Technical proficiency in the I&C Maintenance area.
  • Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ANSI/ANS Professional-Technical certification.
  • SRO or certification on BWR or PWR.
