Mechanical Maintenance Instructor:


  • Analyze, Design, develop and implement the mechanical maintenance training program 
  • Integrate program curriculum into a predictable training schedule. 
  • Analyze student performance gaps and apply appropriate remediation. 
  • Analyze exam results for understanding of student and/or program shortfalls. 
  • Provide oversight of student behaviors and demonstration of knowledge comprehension 
  • Resolve programmatic gaps from student feedback and management observations. 
  • Timely communication of program challenges and student academic performance gaps 
  • Maintain program configuration control through the Vision™ software database. 
  • On - the-Job Training (OJT) and laboratory evaluations. 
  • Participate in Academic Review Boards 
  • In field observations of Mechanical Maintenance technicians 
  • Maintain relationship with the line organization by participating, as needed, in hiring/selection process, training committees, job performance analysis and peer group calls.
