Facilities Maintenance Manager

Position Overview:
Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is actively looking for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Manager. We are in search of a candidate who is meticulous, organized, and possesses strong follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implementing preventative maintenance strategies to prolong the lifespan of systems.
- Executing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Supervising external contractors for specialized repair work.
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and providing effective solutions.
- Repairing machinery, equipment, or structures as required.
- Performing tasks related to patching, sanding, and painting surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Technical degree from a relevant institution is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Capable of disassembling machines or equipment to replace faulty components.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
- Familiarity with common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Proven track record of performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining focus.
- Excellent time management skills.
