About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote patient well-being and recovery.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with patient plans of care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes thoroughly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Practice sterile or clean techniques for wound care and dressing changes, maintaining a high standard of infection control.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
