Job Overview:

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and digital channels. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as financial planning, investment products, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Assist customers with a range of inquiries and issues related to their accounts and investments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Fidelity's products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test
