Key Responsibilities
  • Perform material moves with associated transactions as required by the customer
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring all scanning is completed correctly
  • Help train dock employees on new procedures and ensure facility security at end of shift
  • Investigate and resolve scanning issues and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in work group and team activities to improve warehouse operations and related business functions
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year or more of related shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to transact system information in a productive manner
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
