Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Client Services Analyst to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Policy Administration: Manage client policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance client services, with a strong understanding of policy administration, client support, and communication.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
