The Role

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our company's growth and development. As our CEO, you will be responsible for executing our strategic plan, managing our operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Plan Execution: Work with our partners and leadership team to put our strategic plan into action, aiming for company growth and market expansion.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and carry out plans to grow revenue, find new business opportunities, and expand our client base.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring effective performance across client services, technology, marketing, and finance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Establish a sales team and define marketing strategies that support our revenue goals and attract new clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with our finance director to set up financial controls, budgets, and measures to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Equity Event Preparation: Lead the company in preparing for an equity event, such as an acquisition or merger, including necessary planning and execution.
  • Team Development: Hire and manage staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators to ensure progress toward company goals, aligning with our partners' vision.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Significant experience in executive leadership roles with a history of growing companies and increasing revenue.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to turn strategic plans into actionable steps that achieve business growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Experience in building and managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
  • Operational Management: Skilled in managing operations, financial planning, and improving performance across various business areas.
  • Equity Event Experience: Experience leading a company through an equity event, including preparation and execution.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work effectively with partners and leadership to align actions with the company's vision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and motivate teams toward common goals.
