Job Overview

Censeo Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the federal contracting industry. They will be able to work independently, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and administer contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, and teaming agreements
  • Coordinate subcontract documentation, awards, and modifications with subcontractors and the Director of Contracts
  • Perform subcontract compliance, including organizing paperwork and managing subcontractor onboarding and offboarding
  • Develop and maintain small business subcontracting plans, as applicable
  • Prepare data for contract modifications, including maintaining contract databases and spreadsheets
  • Monitor and track subcontract status, compliance, and modifications
  • Prepare and administer federal funding accountability and transparency act (FFATA) required federal subcontract reports
  • Coordinate performance monitoring of subcontractors and management of vendors

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required with a strong academic background
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in contracts administration within the federal contracting industry
  • Knowledge of common practices, procedures, and processes of contract administration
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition (FAR) regulations and federal contractor reporting requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
