Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer (Offload) to oversee the technical execution of Bell's FLRAA EMD parts being manufactured by Bell's Manufacturing Technology Center. This role will ensure timely execution of schedule and quality parts processing by our outside supply base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist offload suppliers in their execution of Bell offload operations for both technical execution and schedule compliance.
  • Track metrics such as schedule adherence to stated lead times and quality defects, with related Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) requirements.
  • Participate in day-to-day material flow execution plans and collaborate with Manufacturing Innovation team members to ensure process adherence to manufacturing plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing production, industrial engineering, project management, or quality management functions.
  • Master's degree or professional management certification a plus.
