Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain manufacturing standards and procedures
- Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures
- Identify and resolve technical problems and issues in the manufacturing process
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or assembly environment
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience with 3D modeling and CAD design
- Knowledge of aerospace materials and requirements
- Experience with rapid prototyping and 3D printing
- Green Belt certification in Six Sigma
