QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist

Location: Remote (Must reside in the Roanoke, VA area)
Job Summary:Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to work a 4-week assignment from home. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and be comfortable working independently from home.
Responsibilities:- Accurately enter invoicing data into QuickBooks Online, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Retrieve and process documents from our local Roanoke, VA office.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
- In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must reside in the Roanoke, VA area to be able to pick up documents from our local office.
Adecco US, Inc. offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
