Role Summary:

This position will be integral to our operations, focusing on the quality assurance processes within our maintenance and repair facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of products, processes, and work instructions, as well as perform quality audits.
  • Approve First Article Inspections (FAIs) and collaborate with various departments to ensure all materials meet serviceability standards.
  • Lead investigations into customer feedback and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Enhance manufacturing and inspection processes to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Provide technical training to operational teams and support initiatives aimed at improving quality acceptance methodologies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this role.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role requires on-site presence, contributing directly to our operational success. Candidates should be prepared for a collaborative work environment that values innovation and quality.
