Join Our Team of Space Innovators

We're seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to lead the development of complex space systems, including the Star Catcher Network. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, designing, and verifying system performance, ensuring mission success and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply an interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, and develop lifecycle-balanced systems and system solutions.
  • Evaluate operational and customer needs to define system performance requirements and ensure compatibility of all interfaces.
  • Perform analyses to optimize system architecture for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, and certification.
  • Support requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness.
  • Plan and conduct tests to validate system performance and regulatory standards.
Ideal Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment or relevant industry experience.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and experience leading the development of space systems for challenging environments and missions.
  • Experience with MBSE (Model-Based System Engineering) and NASA/DoD lifecycle reviews.
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with configuration management practices.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interface with the team and organization.
  • Possesses a broad background in systems engineering and experience using software tools for complex analyses.
