The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist for a full-time position in Oakland, CA.

As a tertiary care facility, KP Oakland encompasses all major subspecialties, and we are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible hematologist/oncologist with a robust background in medical oncology, particularly in gynecological and breast oncology. The selected candidate will also provide care for patients with various common oncological conditions.

Our East Bay location is recognized for its Centers of Excellence in Leukemia and Lymphoma, with a call schedule of 1 in 5 weeks for the leukemia/lymphoma service. The oncology team collaborates closely with the Internal Medicine residency program, offering teaching opportunities to residents during their service. Participation in national clinical trials (SWOG, ECOG, NRG, NCI), development of regional care pathways, and involvement in clinical research projects are integral aspects of this role.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $421,950 to $435,000, with additional potential incentives up to $23,500. Options for reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
